Working alongside our CRASH patron partners we recently helped Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice to create a new dining room for patients to enjoy. The space, which has level access and doors leading to the courtyard can also be used to provide a place for special occasions and celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.
The hospice provides specialist palliative care to people who have a terminal illness, along with facilities for their families and carers. The hospice is a local charity dedicated to providing free, high-quality, compassionate care and support in the London Boroughs of Royal Greenwich and Bexley. They care for over 2,500 people each year through their services at the hospice, in people’s homes, and their day hospice clinics.
