London-based design practice Areen Hospitality is working on the interiors of a 3,000 sqm private villa, located at One Park Gubei, a massive project which will contain what is expected to become the most luxurious residential area in Shanghai.
Within this development, One Park Villa is the largest private home and is spread over five levels, including a basement which contains an underground swimming pool, cinema, gym and spa.
